What is the dress code?

Friday Welcome Party: Dressy casual. This means sundresses, skirts, or nice pants for ladies, and collared shirts and jackets (ties optional) for gentlemen. Please note that denim is not permitted.

Saturday Wedding: Cocktail attire. This means dresses for ladies, jacket and tie for gentlemen. Please be aware our cocktail-style reception will take place outdoors - plan your footwear accordingly. If the weather is looking particularly hot, gentlemen may want to leave their ties at home.

What is a cocktail-style reception?

Rather than a traditional seated dinner, our reception will feature a cocktail-style format with abundant food served throughout the evening. There will be plenty of seating available, but guests will be free to mix, mingle, eat, drink, and dance at their own pace rather than sitting down for a formal multi-course meal at a designated time.

Can I bring my children?

We love all the children in our lives, but our reception is adults-only. Thank you for your understanding!

Where can I park?

Parking at the reception will be limited to street parking a few blocks away on Melrose Ave, Kenilworth Ave, Warwick Rd, or Roslyn Rd. Please consider ride share or use the shuttles we are providing on Saturday. There is valet parking at Michigan Shores Club for the welcome drinks Friday.

What time will the shuttles depart the hotel for the ceremony?

Shuttles will depart from the Orrington at 2:30. They will depart from the church to the reception immediately following the ceremony.

How do I RSVP?

Please RSVP for all events on this website.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Your invite will be addressed to all of those in your household who are invited, with an individual RSVP for each that you'll see upon RSVP'ing online.
